Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years supporting 24/7 mission-critical operations.
• Proven experience with BMS, EPMS, and alarm-delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and Tier II support for data-centre operations.
• Participate in on-call schedule for 24/7 coverage.
• Detect and analyze system alarms for troubleshooting.
