Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data centre investments, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modelling skills and experience with valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, comps, precedent transactions).
• Previous experience working on data centre transactions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and strategic planning for the data centre portfolio.
• Maintain, update, and improve financial / asset models for existing assets.
• Prepare annual business plans and marketing materials.
