A growing investment firm is seeking a high-calibre Manager, Investment & Asset Management to enhance the financial performance of its regional data centre portfolio. This role involves investment analysis, financial modelling, and stakeholder presentation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling skills, experience in corporate finance, and exceptional communication capabilities. Candidates should be prepared to interact with senior leadership and Board members.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years’ experience in investment analysis, asset management, corporate finance, FP&A or management accounting.
• Exceptional financial modelling skills – mandatory.
• Advanced PowerPoint deck storytelling & presentation skills – mandatory.
• Strong research capability in data centre industry trends – mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive the financial performance and growth of the client's data centre portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end investment analysis and evaluate opportunities.
• Monitor and optimise portfolio performance including revenue and cost metrics.
• Conduct investment risk assessments and support due diligence.
