NTT Singapore Pte Ltd invites an experienced Data Centre Design & Infrastructure Strategy Engineer to shape the design standards, modernization, and expansion of a regional data centre portfolio. You will influence senior technology leadership with compelling business cases and strategic roadmaps.

In this high-impact role, you will define data centre design standards, evaluate infrastructure investments, build business cases, and influence senior technology leadership on strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with network architects, hosting teams, colocation providers, engineering consultants, and sourcing partners to ensure our facilities remain resilient, scalable, and cost-effective.
Define and maintain regional data centre design standards, including rack provisioning, power density, structured cabling, and infrastructure classifications.
Conduct detailed site assessments covering power, cooling, capacity utilization, demand forecasting, and infrastructure optimization opportunities.
Develop costed expansion strategies, including rack additions, whitespace expansion, and footprint rationalization, with clear CAPEX and OPEX analysis.
Challenge and improve existing architecture, including rack layouts, redundancy models, cabling standards, connectivity designs, and infrastructure resilience.
Manage relationships with colocation providers, engineering consultants, and infrastructure vendors to deliver capacity upgrades and facility enhancements.
Present recommendations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps directly to senior technology leadership.
Extensive experience in Data Centre Design, Infrastructure Engineering, Capacity Planning, or Infrastructure Strategy.
Strong knowledge of data centre M&E systems, including UPS, PDU, CRAC/AHU, cooling technologies, containment, and power distribution.
Good understanding of network infrastructure, rack design, structured cabling, spine-leaf architectures, and capacity planning.
Proven experience building business cases, cost models, and investment proposals for senior stakeholders.
Experience managing colocation providers, engineering consultants, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
