As part of our growth, we are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to strengthen our data capabilities.

Role Summary

The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analysing financial and market data, building analytics tools and supporting the development of data driven features across the Beansprout platform. The role requires strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial market datasets to generate insights that support investment research and content creation
• Design and develop dashboards, visualisation tools and reports to support internal teams and end users
• Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, process and structure financial and user data
• Develop quantitative models and analytics frameworks to enhance Beansprout’s investment intelligence capabilities
• Work closely with research, product and technology teams to improve data driven product features
• Automate data workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor data quality and ensure integrity across multiple data sources
• Support the development of new analytics initiatives and experimentation projects
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Stay updated on new analytics tools, technologies and financial data trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, SQL or R
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms
• Understanding of financial markets and investment concepts is an advantage
• Ability to translate technical analysis into clear, practical business insights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
• Prior experience in analytics, financial data or related roles is preferred

Preferred Skills
