My client is looking for an experienced Data Analyst (Telco / Banking / Fintech) who has domain knowledge within the Telco, Banking, or Fintech industries. This candidate must be experienced with data analysis, data lakes, and able to utilize data analysis techniques across the sales, product, finance, and pricing teams.

About the Job

• Design data structures and utilize analysis techniques and technology to identify critical data sets and define relevant KPIs for compliance monitoring.
• Extract, prepare, and model large, complex data sets using skills in programming, statistics, mathematics, and machine learning to uncover compliance insights.
• Develop and manage logical and physical data models, including methodologies for metadata, master data, and data lineage.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement a data-driven approach and use advanced visualizations to improve the monitoring of risk and performance within the compliance program.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable analytical solutions, interactive dashboards (using visualization tools), and reporting solutions using SQL and other tools.
• Provide analysis and compliance-related information to refine policies and processes.
• Communicate complex analytical topics and actionable recommendations effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Identify opportunities and develop innovative new tools to enhance the overall effectiveness of the compliance organization.

Skills and Experience Required

Minimum 4 years of data analyst working experience with complex data sets, data modeling, or in data science roles. Experience with data scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization, leveraging Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
