Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Use Power BI dashboards to track customer engagement and feedback.
 
- Analyze data to identify areas for service and process improvement.
 
- Collaborate with managers to enhance the overall customer experience.
 
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
 
Process & Tools Management
- Develop and improve event formats and engagement tools.
 
- Act as the subject matter expert for virtual meeting platforms.
 
- Keep standard operating procedures (SOPs) updated and relevant.
 
Event & Engagement Coordination
- Manage event requests and schedules through internal systems.
 
- Coordinate logistics such as invitations, registration, venue setup, and catering.
 
- Lead regular meetings to review event status and follow up on action items.
 
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and ensure smooth execution.
 
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
 
- Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
 
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
 
- Good communication and presentation skills.
 
- Professional, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
 
- Open to feedback and continuous learning.
 
- Flexible and adaptable to handle diverse tasks.
 
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; other languages are an advantage
