Job summary

Balyasny Asset Management L.P. is seeking a Data Analyst to join a global team and support data feeds across BAM’s geographies. You will work with data engineers, data scientists, PMs, and analysts to ensure reliable data delivery and onboarding of new feeds.

The role requires strong Python and SQL skills, plus experience with AWS, Git, and Airflow. Based in Singapore, you will gain exposure to global markets and fast‑paced investment workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, CS, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in technical support, implementation, or engineering roles.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; familiarity with AWS, Git, and Airflow.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day data ingestion pipelines and QA; remediate issues with platform engineers and data vendors.
• Collaborate with Front Office teams to train and support BAM Platform and create user materials.
• Onboard new datasets by configuring ingestion systems and data quality engines.
• Provide transparent onboarding status updates to clients and manage project priorities.
• Work with Data Platform engineering to evolve tooling for onboarding and operations.
• Contribute to BAM Data Standards to improve data quality and accessibility.
