• Extract and analyze operational, sales, and marketing data for reports.
• Maintain system settings and manage applications like CRM and eShop.
• Inspect workflows at clinics to understand data generation.
• Assist with stock audits and customer requests.

Job description

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Extract and analyse operational, sales, and marketing data (e.g., top items, SSR ratios). Provide daily/weekly reports with findings and business recommendations. Support time-sensitive decisions and occasional long-term trend reviews. Any other data analysis and reports as assigned from time to time

Systems & Tools Support

• Maintain system settings (e.g., pricing, promotions, product listings). Learn and manage tools like CRM, Skinne Advisor, eShop, EDM/WAB or other applications/ authorisation tools as assigned Ensure accuracy in system configurations and data transactions. Assist in IT automation upkeep and enhancement projects as directed

Operational Support & Observation

• Inspect and understand workflows at clinics (e.g., check-in, treatment, stock prep) and how data are generated

Assist with stock audits, pre-packing, and supply coordination.

Assist in customer requests for package extension and refund /complaints escalation / sales

concession SAC granting

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Support Marketing & Sales with data for campaigns and promotions.
• Complement frontline knowledge by simplifying product data for internal use.
• Assist in deploying tools that help frontline teams handle complex products.
• Assist to prepare sales and consumption charts for stock items, to support the Purchase Ordering team
