Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to align analytics and reporting initiatives with business goals.
- Gather and validate business and reporting requirements from regional and global teams.
- Design, automate, and enhance Excel and BI dashboards to deliver insights on market performance, attach rates, and competitive trends.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities, forecast trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Utilize AI and automation tools (e.g., Excel scripting, Python assistants, and workflow automation) to streamline data cleansing, trend analysis, and reporting processes.
- Partner with international stakeholders to manage projects, performance tracking, and business reviews, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Develop executive-ready presentations for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Identify and drive process optimization initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual work.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in business analytics, category or product performance analysis, or PMO roles within the tech and consumer electronics.
- Proven experience in dashboard creation, trend analysis, and executive reporting.
- Experience utilizing AI programs for data analytics purpose.
- Familiarity with market data sources such as IDC, GfK, and Canalys.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) and BI tools (data modeling, visualization).
- Experience managing cross-market or cross-functional projects in a matrix environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable collaborating across time zones and with senior stakeholders.
