Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is looking for an analytical professional to manage performance reporting and handle CRM data. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Analytics or related fields along with experience in VBA, Tableau, and SQL. Strong Excel skills and a detail-oriented mindset are essential for this role, which offers the opportunity to work both independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant experience in analytics or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of VBA, Tableau and SQL.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver periodic performance reports of daily operations.
  • Plan, design, and maintain performance reports.
  • Work with Performance and CRM data, spotting anomalies & troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain Excel Macro/VBA.
  • Perform data extraction using SQL when required.
  • Liaise and manage stakeholders, both internal and external.

Responsibilities
  • To deliver periodic (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) performance reports of daily operations.
  • Planning, designing and maintenance of above mentioned performance reports.
  • Work with Performance and CRM data, including transformation, spotting anomalies & troubleshooting.
  • Creation and maintenance of Excel Macro/VBA using syntax as and when required.
  • Basic SQL programming to perform data extraction when required.
  • Stakeholders’ liaison and management, both internal and external.
Requirements
  • Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of VBA, Tableau and SQL
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
