Job summary

Binance is seeking a data analytics professional in Singapore to support growth campaigns end-to-end, pulling and validating data across the funnel and building dashboards. You will analyze large-scale user behavior data using SQL and cohort analyses to optimize campaigns.

The role requires a quantitative degree and 1–3 years in analytics, with strong SQL and exposure to visualization tools. Python/R skills are a plus in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
• 1–3 years of full-time work experience in analytics; campaign/growth/marketing analytics is a strong plus.
• Strong SQL skills; ability to independently write and debug complex queries on large-scale datasets.
• Experience with visualization tools such as DataWind; AI tools like Claude Code are a strong plus.
• Nice to have: Python, R.
• Self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques.
• Curiosity to identify, investigate and explain trends in data and translate findings into clear narratives.

• Support growth and marketing campaigns end to end: pull, validate and structure data across the full conversion funnel
• Measure and evaluate campaign performance (conversion rates, CAC, ROI, retention of acquired users) and translate results into actionable recommendations for marketing and operations teams
• Build and maintain campaign/growth dashboards; automate recurring data pulls where possible
• Work with large volumes of user behavior and transactional data using SQL and internal data platforms; design and run cohort analyses to support campaign optimization
• Translate complex findings into simple visualisations and clear narratives for execution by operational teams and executives
• Work in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics
• 1-3 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics role, campaign / growth / marketing analytics experience is a strong plus
