Job Responsibilities

• Maintain Credit Database: Ensure the credit database is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for performance.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement enhancements.

Maintain Data Dictionary for All Data Sources Utilized by Casino Credit

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive data dictionary covering all relevant data sources.
• Ensure consistent data definitions and documentation across systems.
• Act as the custodian of metadata and data lineage for credit data.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for All Credit Reports, Dashboards, and Models

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of credit-related dashboards and reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis.
• Support model validation and performance monitoring.

Maintain Data ETL Pipelines to Ensure Data Quality & Integrity

• Design, monitor, and optimize ETL workflows for credit data ingestion and transformation.
• Implement data quality checks and alerting mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a comparable discipline with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being advantageous.

Experience

• Solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software (such as Excel and SAS) and mastery in data analysis languages including SQL, Python, and R.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness.
• Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
• Superior communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background.
