Job description

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, marketing, finance team to deliver actionable insights that drive game performance and player engagement.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to monitor key metrics such as DAU, ARPPU and retention.
• Support ROI analysis for marketing campaigns and monetization initiatives.
• Partner with data engineers to map and document data flows, maintain data catalogs, and improve data discoverability across the organization.
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities where BI and data insights can empower business teams, drive decision‑making, and create measurable impact.
• Work closely with data engineers to improve data pipelines, warehouse structures, and ensure high data quality that supports scalable analytics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes, tools, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Science or related field.
• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or BI roles.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) and SQL query.
• Experiences with RDBMS, data warehouse and data lake on public cloud.
• Self‑motivated learner with analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data cataloging, lineage tracking, or metadata management tools.
• Experience in the gaming industry and familiarity with core metrics (DAU, ARPPU, LTV, ROI). Exposure in Mobile Measurement Partner like AppsFlyer is a plus.
• Understanding of financial KPIs and basic accounting metrics.
• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Exposure to ETL processes or data engineering pipelines.
