Responsibilities
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to understand requirements.
- Assist in scaling AI/ML models across production.
- Build and maintain data pipelines from various industrial sources.

- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to understand requirements and support predictive model development.
- Assist in scaling AI/ML prediction models from pilot benches to additional test benches across production.
- Improve model usability and accuracy by collecting feedback from maintenance teams and refining data/feature inputs.
- Support ongoing work to analyze and scale OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) insights across machines and test benches.
- Build and maintain basic, reliable data pipelines to collect data from various industrial sources (test benches, IoT devices, sensors, SCADA).
- Help process and prepare datasets into suitable formats for analysis and model training.
- Apply data quality checks under guidance, ensuring integrity and consistency.
- Document data flows, transformations, and learnings for reference and future scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, engineering, maintenance) to align technical outputs with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or computer science related field.
- Strong foundation in Python and SQL Databases; familiarity with data analysis or ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn).
- Understanding of basic concepts in machine learning, predictive analytics, and data engineering.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills; curiosity to learn and apply new techniques.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Desired Skills:
- Exposure to cloud, big data, or ETL tools (academic projects or internships count).
- Familiarity with visualization or reporting tools for KPIs.
- Interest in aerospace/manufacturing/maintenance domains is a plus.
- Willingness to experiment, iterate, and learn from hands-on projects.
- Proactive in engaging with stakeholders and users to co-create meaningful improvements
