Job Description

• Lead a small team of data analysts to deliver actionable insights from complex datasets

• Mentor analysts, optimize workflow, and ensure data quality/accuracy

Job Requirements

• Educational background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years of data analysis experience, 2+ year in a leadership/mentorship role
• Experience in internet industry and live streaming industry
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into business recommendations
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Good international perspective and proficiency in cross-cultural communication
