Job summary

Redwoods Advance Pte Ltd is seeking a data analyst to collect and manage data from multiple sources, clean and transform raw data, and help establish data governance and documentation. You will perform descriptive and predictive analytics to identify trends and bottlenecks, create insightful dashboards with Excel and other tools, and automate weekly and monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Management

• Gather data from the different sources (company data & online)
• Clean, transform, and prepare unstructured or raw data for analysis
• Assist in establishing and maintaining data governance, and documentation.

2. Analysis & Insights

• Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to identify key trends, patterns, and operational bottlenecks.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track business performance against organizational goals.

3. Reporting & Visualization

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Lark, Excel etc.
• Translate complex statistical outputs into clear visual stories and actionable recommendations.
• Automate recurring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to streamline operations.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR) to understand their data needs and define key metrics.
• Present findings, analytical models, and strategic recommendations directly to team leads and management.
