Job summary

Singdata is seeking a seasoned Data + AI consultant to guide enterprise clients through Lakehouse and AI transformations, delivering architecture and end-to-end implementations across APAC.

You will work with sales to tailor solutions, build reusable assets, and run trainings, with up to 30% travel. Fluent English and Mandarin are required to collaborate with China-based teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Solid skills with at least one mainstream big data platform: Snowflake, Databricks, ClickHouse, Hadoop, Spark.
• Hands-on coding experience, AI coding experience, especially for mission-critical and low-latency systems.
• Experience in architecting and deploying data engineering infrastructure; good understanding of the Big Data industry.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required for collaboration with China-based teams.
• Strong ownership, self-motivation, and passion for helping customers realize business value.
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals, AI agent frameworks, and related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Core Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of related work experience

• Hands-on coding experience, Al coding experience, especially for mission-critical and low-latency systems

AI/LLM Requirements (Preferred)

• Understanding of LLM fundamentals: model architectures (GPT, LLaMA, Qwen), fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT), and prompt engineering
• Experience with RAG systems, vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, pgvector), and embedding models
• Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar tools
• Exposure to enterprise AI platforms (Dify, FastGPT) or cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI) is a plus
