ESGpedia, Asia’s leading ESG data and technology company, seeks a Data and AI Engineer to own end-to-end data solutions—from data collection and pipelines to dashboards and AI features. You will enable customers to access accurate sustainability data and help ESGpedia build reusable products across the platform.

Competenze

• 3+ years building and supporting data pipelines.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/DS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with data cleaning, validation and modelling.
• Experience delivering production pipelines or dashboards.
• Knowledge of testing, Git and deployment practices.
• Excellent communication and ownership.
• Familiarity with streaming systems and schema changes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Databricks, PySpark, AWS, AI tools.

• Build robust real-time data pipelines with streaming ingestion.
• Deliver customer analytics and build BI dashboards.
• Lead AI product development from prototype to production.
• Collect and prepare trusted data from multiple sources.
• Design reusable data models and self-service analytics.
• Maintain service quality and client continuity for dashboards.
• Own delivery, document procedures and provide demos.
