Job summary

CFGI is expanding its Data & AI practice in Asia-Pacific and seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead client‑delivery of data, AI engineering and strategy engagements from contract signature to production handover. You will manage agile teams, ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and act as the client’s day‑to‑day contact across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology delivery experience, incl. 3+ years client-facing data/AI/engineering projects.
• Hands-on delivery leader who can read architectures and challenge estimates.
• Experience translating statements of work into delivery plans, backlogs and governance.
• Proven ability to manage fixed‑fee and time‑and‑materials budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise engagement by converting proposals into release plans, backlogs and milestones.
• Run agile delivery, manage workflow and adapt governance to contractual needs.
• Lead delivery teams across India-Pacific time zones with client liaison.
• Own the client relationship day-to-day, chair steering committees and report status.
• Control scope, budget and commercial terms, including change management.
• Manage risks, dependencies and quality with time‑boxed experiments and checks.
• Steer AI delivery with stop/pivot/scale criteria and production readiness checks.
• Coordinate release readiness, security, privacy reviews and rollback ownership.
• Plan validation in regulated work (GxP) when applicable and involve owners early.
• Hand over to production with runbooks, SLAs and transition to managed services.
