A prominent food service company in Singapore seeks a Kitchen Crew member responsible for meal preparation, ingredient management, and kitchen sanitation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in time management and food safety regulations, possess a basic hygiene certification, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The position requires the ability to work flexibly, including overtime and on weekends, while maintaining a positive attitude and personal hygiene at all times.
The Kitchen Crew responsibilities retrieving ingredients from the refrigerator, freezer, and stockroom, measuring ingredient as per the Cook’s instructions. You should also be able to ensure that all work areas are properly sanitized. You should also be responsible assisting with removing the garbage, and clearing refrigerators, freezers and storage rooms. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations, ensuring the station is kept at the highest hygiene and food safety standards.
