Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, International business, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, basic dashboards)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Comfortable working with numbers, large datasets, and reports
• Interest in procurement, commodities, or supply chain is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Support knowledge of milk and base powder categories, including suppliers and market dynamics
• Assist in tracking market trends, indices, and key cost drivers impacting dairy ingredients
• Maintain and update procurement trackers, dashboards, and reports (pricing, PPV/MVA, market summaries)
• Assist in RFQs, data collection, offer comparisons, and internal documentation
• Support preparation for supplier negotiations under supervision of Category Buyer
• Help prepare materials for internal and supplier meetings (agenda, data packs, minutes)
