Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information security or related field.
8+ years in IT and cybersecurity with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls.
Experience with vulnerability management and incident response.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
Lead governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
Oversee security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Review and improve security controls across infra, cloud, networks, apps, endpoints.
Lead internal and external security audits and remediation tracking.
Promote cybersecurity awareness and training programs.
