Job description

The Cybersecurity Solutions Architect serves as a security technology and solutions adviser with practical experience across IT Security, OT Security, Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Security Intelligence and Analytics, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Resilience, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and other emerging security technologies.

The architect supports the sales organization in growing revenue across the Asia and Hong Kong regions. At an experienced level, the architect continues to develop new offerings aligned with future market expectations, optimize processes, standardize governance, and educate the sales team to effectively position new solutions. The role also involves supporting account teams in expanding business with multinational customers, replicating innovative ideas across countries, and aligning our solutions strategy with key partners.

Responsibilities
  • Understand all Orange Cyberdefense service offerings and stay abreast of changes and enhancements
  • Educate Account Managers on service offerings and changes
  • Attend and arrange customer meetings
  • Respond to tender, RFQ, RFP and RFI requirements
  • Write proposals and scope of work
  • Assist Account Managers in closing deals
  • Facilitate the delivery of proof of concepts services and solutions
  • Attend training sessions; these may be in-house, vendor specific or external
  • Extend professional and sustainable relationships with clients, distribution and vendor with eye on maximum sales figures.
