Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic WSQ Associate/Full-time Trainer to deliver high-impact training in Cybersecurity and Programming (Python/Java) for adult learners. The role blends theory with practical application to upskill individuals transitioning into tech.

You will assess learner competency, tailor lab materials to Singapore industry needs, and mentor candidates through career transitions, while upholding WSQ standards and industry norms.

Qualifications

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or ACTA required.
• 2–3 years hands-on industry experience in a relevant role.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java or C++ is a plus.
• Familiarity with NIST frameworks and PDPA in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: conduct WSQ-standard sessions on Cybersecurity, Python, and related modules.
• Assessment & Competency: administer competency-based assessments per guidelines.
• Curriculum Contextualization: tailor materials to reflect Singapore industry trends (PDPA, cybersecurity).
• Learner Support: mentor adult learners and assist career transitions.
