Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions Pte. Ltd. (ATS) seeks a Programme Manager to lead planning, execution and monitoring of Government Bug Bounty Programme (GBBP), Vulnerability Rewards Programme (VRP), and Vulnerability Disclosure Programme (VDP) across government agencies and security researchers.

You will manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and data-driven reporting while driving process improvements with GovTech platforms to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• : At least five years of experience managing IT or technology programmes/projects, with strong plus for bug bounty or vulnerability programmes.
• : Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor programme operations.
• : Fluency in English and ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• : Experience managing vendors or contracts, including tracking deliverables and service levels.
• : Comfortable working with data to track programme metrics and produce reports.
• : Proactive in proposing process improvements and leveraging GovTech platforms to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• : Plan, schedule, and oversee Government Bug Bounty Programme (GBBP), VRP, and VDP runs
• : Coordinate with government agencies on participation and scoping timelines
• : Manage CVDP vendor relationships including contracts and onboarding researchers
• : Support triage/reporting and engage with agencies on disputes
• : Support procurement and tender exercises, including drafting specs and evaluating proposals
• : Prepare programme reporting, dashboards, and management updates
• : Drive stakeholder communications and agency briefings to raise participation
• : Identify and implement process improvements across CVDP operations using vibe coding and GovTech platforms
