Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• At least 2 years in IT Operations or Cybersecurity Operations with exposure to end-to-end SDLC.
• Experience in IT service delivery management and maintaining SLA/OLAs.
• Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, system hardening and threat management.
