Job summary

Kerry Consulting, on behalf of our financial services client in Singapore, seeks a cybersecurity platform support specialist focused on DLP. You will maintain and strengthen enterprise security platforms across data protection, network security, identity, cloud, and security operations.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, incident handling, patch coordination, vendor liaison, and documentation, with a bias toward automation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology, cybersecurity or information security.
• Hands-on experience supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting cybersecurity platforms.
• Experience with DLP operations, health checks and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, networking concepts, access rights and permissions.
• Scripting experience (Python) and CISSP would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for cybersecurity platforms, ensuring stability and security.
• Monitor platform availability, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage incident and problem tickets, and support patching activities.

This role sits within a team responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability and operational effectiveness of key cybersecurity platforms across areas such as data protection, network security, identity, cloud, application security and security operations.

Role

The role involves monitoring platform availability, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with vendors, managing incident and problem tickets, supporting patching activities, and identifying improvements to operational processes. You will also contribute to documentation, automation of repeatable tasks, and work closely with technology and business stakeholders as a trusted security platform support specialist.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology, cybersecurity or information security, ideally within financial services.
• Hands‑on experience supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting cybersecurity platforms.
• Practical experience with DLP, including operations, health checks and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, networking concepts, access rights and permissions.
• Meticulous and analytical team player with strong problem‑solving skills; scripting experience such as Python and certifications such as CISSP would be advantageous.
