Job summary

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) is a GovTech subsidiary seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer focused on SecOps. Direct contract to 30 November 2028.

You will develop cybersecurity standards, run security exercises, and participate in incident response to safeguard government and partner systems. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in cybersecurity across networks, apps, cloud, and DevSecOps, with certifications (GCIH/CISSP/CISM/AWS) as an advantage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience across multiple domains.
• Relevant security certifications such as GCIH, CISSP, CISM, or cloud security specialty.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, GRC, CTEM, VA and vulnerability management.
• Experience with risk assessment and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity standards, procedures, and rulesets.
• Conduct security exercises, tabletop or simulations.
• Participate in security incident response and triage.
• Coordinate IOC scanning and consolidate reports.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation.
• Monitor patches and assess CVSS impact.
• Present security findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure policies.
