Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners Pte Ltd is engaged by a global semiconductor manufacturer to appoint a Cybersecurity Manager who will lead the security program across a complex hybrid IT/OT landscape. The role covers SOC, incident response, compliance, and executive reporting in collaboration with Engineering, OT, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on leadership, and a track record in SOX ITGCs, audit processes, and regulatory compliance in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, information security, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience across hybrid cloud/on-prem environments and security tools.

Responsibilities

• Own cybersecurity end-to-end across cloud, on-prem, and OT systems.
• Lead SOC monitoring, incident response, and threat intel.
• Oversee ITGCs, audits, and remediation activities.
• Develop and report on security policy aligned to regulatory frameworks.
• Protect critical tools and IP with cross-functional teams.
• Drive vendor risk management and security awareness initiatives.
• Define and execute the strategic cybersecurity roadmap.

About the Company

Our client is a global semiconductor manufacturer hiring an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead its security program across a complex hybrid IT/OT environment.

Role & Responsibilities

A hands-on leadership role owning cybersecurity end-to-end — SOC, incident response, compliance, and executive reporting — across cloud, on-premises, and manufacturing OT systems, working closely with Engineering, OT, and Supply Chain.

• Govern security controls across Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, on-premises, and OT networks
• Oversee MDE and Intune/MDM to secure corporate, contractor, and BYOD devices
• Lead SOC monitoring, SIEM/SOAR, threat intelligence, and incident response
• Own ITGCs, audit preparation, and remediation
• Set security policy and risk frameworks aligned to PDPA, the Cybersecurity Act, and CSA guidelines
• Protect IP, EDA tools, MES platforms, and vendor remote access with Engineering, OT, and Supply Chain
• Drive vendor risk management, security awareness, and executive reporting
• Own the strategic cybersecurity roadmap

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, including min 1 year in a leadership role
• Hands-on expertise across hybrid cloud/on-prem, with Defender for Endpoint, Intune, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview
• Proven track record leading SOC, SIEM/SOAR, and incident response
• Strong grasp of SOX ITGCs, audit processes, and Singapore data protection regulations
• Bonus: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Microsoft Security certifications, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
