Job description

As a Cybersecurity Engineer (post sales delivery & software), your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for assigned security projects, including onsite troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and detailed incident reporting.
  • Implement and configure various security products, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for project requirements, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Adhere to the project implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Provide after-sales support, including product incident escalation and 24x7 technical support (on a rotational basis).
  • Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer to empower users and enhance security awareness.
  • Integrate security products with existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and security posture.
About You
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with 5 days office on-site work.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a security system integrator environment.
  • Networking concepts, including TCP/IP, firewalls, switching, and routing.
  • Practical experience setting up and managing Windows/Linux servers and virtual machines.
  • Coding/scripting skills are desirable.
  • Ability to provide after-hours and weekend/public holiday support as needed, including remote support standby duties i.e., contactable by phone/email.
  • Working experience and knowledge of system infrastructure, with a passion for exploring security products.
