Job Description

As a Cybersecurity & Compliance Engineer, the role focuses on

  • Strengthening governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across national systems.
  • Develop cybersecurity policies aligned with government frameworks, conducting risk assessments, ensuring third-party compliance, supporting audits, and managing incident response to uphold operational resilience and regulatory standards.
  • Support incident response planning, monitor emerging threats, and oversee the closure of vulnerabilities. ensure that cybersecurity controls are not only implemented but continuously improved to meet evolving national and operational demands.
The Successful Applicant
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Infosec or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and mitigation
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Team player with strong collaboration across IT, operations, and vendors
  • Preferred certifications: CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001
