Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Security Consultant to strengthen our client's security operations and governance function in Singapore. You will manage vendors, coordinate testing cycles, and ensure enterprise systems resist evolving cyber threats.

Responsibilities include security testing coordination, policy enhancement, incident handling, and stakeholder advisory. CISSP/CISM required; cloud and SIEM proficiency highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline
• At least 4 years of hands-on cybersecurity analyst or equivalent experience
• Holding a CISSP and/or CISM certification is required
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, Windows and Linux, and cloud security across AWS, Azure, GCP
• Proficiency with security tooling including vulnerability scanners, penetration testing tools, and SIEM platforms; scripting is a bonus
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP Top 10; incident management practices
• Bonus: experience in software development or security operations

Responsibilities

• Lead management of cybersecurity vendors, overseeing deliverables, performance, and service quality
• Drive periodic security testing cycles, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing coordination
• Assess adequacy and effectiveness of mitigation and remediation measures across systems and applications
• Review and enhance security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines to align with industry best practices
• Provide expert cybersecurity consultancy to internal stakeholders, translating findings for non-technical audiences
• Monitor and respond to security alerts and advisories, manage end-to-end incident handling processes
• Conduct security awareness training programmes and disseminate timely advisories
• Own the review of security reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements
