Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant / Security Engineer (TK) to conduct security assessments and design practical cybersecurity solutions for Japanese-speaking clients in Singapore.

You will lead assessments, coordinate with stakeholders, and help deliver secure outcomes on time. The role requires strong experience in EDR, SASE, Zero Trust and related controls, with a focus on translating complex risks into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity, security engineering, assessments or consulting.
• Experience with security assessments, risk identification and remediation planning.
• Experience in consulting or advisory engagements with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments, identify risks and gaps, and propose improvement plans.
• Support design, evaluation, and implementation of security solutions (EDR, SASE, Zero Trust, endpoint/network security).
• Support PoC activities, vendor evaluations, workshops and customer discussions.
• Prepare assessment reports, documentation, deliverables, and presentations.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and scope.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity technologies, threats, and best practices.
