We are seeking a forward-thinking Cybersecurity Solution Consultant to drive technical solutioning, strengthen presales engagements, and shape robust security architectures for our clients. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to design secure, scalable, and compliant solutions that align with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Advisory
- Design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions covering products, services, and architectural blueprints aligned with NIST CSF.
- Conduct security assessments across systems, networks, applications, and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and security gaps.
- Recommend security controls and enhance architecture designs across new technology initiatives.
- Provide security guidance throughout the SDLC, including design reviews and threat-modeling discussions.
- Lead customer workshops, technical discussions, and proof-of-concept activities.
Technical Sales Support
- Work closely with the Sales team to translate customer requirements into feasible solution proposals.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and prepare relevant technical documentation.
- Engage prospective customers to understand business objectives and provide expert cybersecurity recommendations.
- Develop and maintain updated sales collateral such as solution briefs and architecture diagrams.
Cross-Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth solution implementation.
- Bridge communication between sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal best-practice development.
- Support external assessments, audits, and customer review cycles.
- Participate in incident response, threat-hunting, and cybersecurity exercises when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Security or related fields.
- Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin for collaboration with regional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands‑on expertise in security frameworks, technology risk, IAM, PAM, SIEM, SOAR, SOC operations, endpoint security, DLP, ASM, and application or network security.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management, security configuration, and automation.
- Experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response will be an advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, or vendor certifications are preferred.
