Job summary

U3 SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Threat Intelligence Specialist in Singapore to produce tactical and operational intelligence for the financial services sector.

You will triage emerging threats, prioritize CVEs, and coordinate remediation with owners while communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will enrich intelligence with IOCs, TTPs, and contextual analysis to support detection, response, and defensive planning, collaborating with security operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in threat intelligence, security operations, or a related cyber security discipline.
• Expertise in tactical and operational threat intelligence, including threat actor tracking and analysis of TTPs and IOCs.
• Solid understanding of vulnerability management concepts and ability to prioritize CVEs using a risk-based approach.
• Experience coordinating vulnerability remediation with asset/system owners and driving cross-team outcomes.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills for varied audiences.
• Willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and feeds on the job.
• Team player, agile, fast learner, adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Threat Intelligence: Produce tactical and operational threat intelligence, tracking threat actors, campaigns, tools, techniques and the broader financial services sector.
• Assessment of Emerging Threats: Rapidly triaging emerging threats and newly disclosed vulnerabilities to assess relevance, exposure, and potential impact to the organization.
• Vulnerability Prioritization: Analyze and prioritize CVEs using a risk-based approach, considering factors such as exploitability, threat actor activity, and business context to inform remediation urgency.
• Remediation Coordination: Work closely with asset and system owners to coordinate the remediation of prioritized vulnerabilities, tracking progress and helping resolve blockers to closure.
• Reporting and Communication: Convert technical findings into concise, actionable intelligence products and briefings tailored to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Enrichment and Context: Enrich intelligence with indicators of compromise (IOCs), tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and contextual analysis to support detection, response, and defensive planning.
• Collaboration: Partner with security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and various operational functions to ensure intelligence is operationalized effectively.

Skillset Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in threat intelligence, security operations, or a closely related cyber security discipline.
• Demonstrate expertise in tactical and operational threat intelligence, including threat actor tracking and analysis of TTPs and IOCs.
• Solid understanding of vulnerability management concepts and the ability to prioritize CVEs using a risk-based approach.
• Experience in coordinating vulnerability remediation with asset or system owners and comfortable driving cross-team outcomes.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex technical information for varied audiences.
• A genuine willingness and eagerness to learn new platforms, tools, and intelligence feeds on the job.
