Job description

What the role is:

You will identify the latest cyber threats and opportunities to help safeguard Singapore’s security, and protect SID’s critical infrastructure and communication devices.

What you will be working on:

• Conduct research and make vulnerability assessments, including on secure applications, IT networks and infrastructure, and mobile devices.
• Track malware and cyber threat actors.
• Develop new cyber tools to support investigations, threat-detection, and other operational requirements.
• Design innovative solutions that meet rapidly evolving operational demands.
• Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team (if senior role).
• Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind (if senior role).
• Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas (if senior role).
• Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders (if senior role).
• Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential (if senior role).
