Randstad Singapore is seeking a leadership-caliber cybersecurity professional to define and execute the strategy for protecting digital platforms, cloud assets and enterprise systems. The role encompasses governance, risk management and incident readiness across hybrid environments.

You will oversee third-party risk management and report to executive leadership on security posture and emerging threats, driving alignment with regulatory expectations.

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years in Cyber Security and information security.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Exposure to stakeholder and external vendor management.
• Lean security team experience preferred.

• Oversee security operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessments, and incident response readiness across hybrid environments.
• Establish a robust third-party risk management program to evaluate and monitor external vendors and integration partners.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Act as the primary advisor to executive leadership regarding the organization's security posture and emerging risk landscapes.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 years of experience in Cyber Security and information security framework such as ISO 27001 and NIST is required for this role. Exposure to stakeholder and external vendor management.

Proven track record working in a lean security team will be highly preferred.
