Tenable Product Operation – Roles and Responsibilities

Job Title: Tenable Product Operations Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Tenable vulnerability management products (e.g., Tenable.io, Tenable.sc) across the organization's infrastructure.
  • Schedule and monitor regular vulnerability scans and ensure successful completion without service disruptions.
  • Analyze scan results, prioritize vulnerabilities, and escalate critical findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for patch validation and remediation efforts.
  • Ensure timely updates of plugins, scan policies, and asset classification within the Tenable environment.
  • Generate periodic vulnerability and compliance reports for internal audit and management review.
  • Perform system health checks and resolve Tenable platform-related operational issues.
  • Maintain documentation of Tenable configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
  • Work with the Cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and MOM regulatory expectations (where applicable).
  • Assist during security audits or MOM inspections related to IT security posture.
2. CUCM Troubleshooting (T&M Basis) – Roles and Responsibilities

Job Title: Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM) Support Engineer (T&M Engagement)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Time & Material (T&M)-based on-site or remote troubleshooting support for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to call routing, registration, voicemail, codec negotiation, and device provisioning.
  • Work closely with customer IT/network teams to resolve CUCM faults impacting voice/video services.
  • Perform configuration changes, patch updates, and system backups upon request.
  • Document all troubleshooting steps and provide detailed service reports per T&M engagement guidelines.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Singapore’s MOM safety and operational standards during on-site support.
  • Adhere to SLAs and response times agreed under T&M engagement terms.
  • Provide handover and knowledge transfer to internal teams after issue resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and ensure secure handling of credentials or system access.
  • Advise on best practices to enhance system performance, stability, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in B2B business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
