Job summary

TRADEWEB EUROPE LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Architect / Security Partner to lead security strategy, conduct end-to-end architecture reviews, and drive risk-informed decisions. The role interacts with infrastructure, development, and business teams across regions to deliver secure solutions for a global client base.

You will manage cross‑regional collaboration, articulate complex issues to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, and help prioritize

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience.
• 5+ years in security architect or security partner roles.
• Wide range of technical experience across multiple cyber security domains.
• Strong knowledge of security architecture patterns, requirements, and controls.
• Knowledge of threat modeling frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience supporting cross-regional teams.
• Experience in conducting secure code reviews.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical and non-technical concepts.
• Knowledge of GDPR, RegSCI.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO.
• Financial services or FinTech experience is preferable.
• Industry certifications from vendors such as ISA, SANS, CompTIA or eLearnSecurity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and be a security thought leader within Tradeweb.
• Promote strategic direction and influence security architecture adoption in product strategy and roadmap.
• Drive adoption towards secure design and architecture patterns.
• Drive cyber risk decisions and foster a strong technology and cyber risk management culture.
• Perform end-to-end security architecture reviews.
• Help prioritize remediation efforts of vulnerabilities in applications, systems, and architecture.
• Provide assistance and support to teams in remediation strategies for code and system vulnerabilities.
• Help develop security blueprints and security assertion templates.
• Develop and maintain deep business knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with technology, risk and compliance teams.
• Interface with regulators, audit teams, and clients to explain security risks and controls.
• Support cross-regional business operations.
