The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, security compliance, maintenance, incident response support, and audit readiness within a secure, regulated environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in enterprise networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and EDR platforms.
• Experience with Cloudflare DDoS protection and WAF.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Security operations, patch management, and change management.
• Experience in highly regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise firewall infrastructure, including health checks and upgrades.
• Administer EDR platforms and monitor sensor health.
• Manage DDoS protection and web security platforms and renew SSL certificates.
• Administer PAM solutions including onboarding, access reviews, and audit support.
• Support security incident investigations and implement preventive measures.
• Perform backup management and documentation maintenance.
• Prepare maintenance reports, SOPs, dashboards, and audit documentation.

Job description

Role Overview

This role focuses on the operational management of cybersecurity platforms including Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Next-Generation Firewalls, DDoS Protection Services, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The engineer will ensure platform stability, security compliance, maintenance, incident response support, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise firewall infrastructure, including health checks, patching, firmware upgrades, configuration reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Administer and support EDR platforms, including server maintenance, sensor health monitoring, endpoint onboarding, and troubleshooting.
• Manage DDoS protection and web security platforms, including website onboarding, user access reviews, SSL certificate renewals, security rule updates, and vendor coordination.
• Administer PAM solutions, including privileged account onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, password management, and audit support.
• Support security incident investigations, log reviews, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.
• Perform backup management, restoration testing, compliance reviews, and documentation maintenance.
• Prepare maintenance reports, SOPs, security dashboards, asset inventories, and audit documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong foundation in enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, NAT, DNS, network segmentation, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls or equivalent firewall technologies.
• Experience supporting Carbon Black EDR or similar Endpoint Detection & Response solutions.
• Experience with Cloudflare or equivalent DDoS mitigation and Web Application Firewall (WAF) platforms.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM or equivalent Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Strong understanding of network security, security hardening, patch management, change management, and cybersecurity operations.
• Experience working in secure, segregated, or highly regulated environments will be advantageous.

Preferred Certifications

• CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
• Palo Alto Firewall certification.
• CyberArk PAM certification.
• Relevant Cloudflare security certification or training.
