Job summary

EY’s Forensic Technology team conducts digital forensic investigations and the full life cycle of EDRM, from data scoping to processing, analysis, production, and reporting. You will support collection, processing, and management of large digital evidence sets and assist in forensic analysis and eDiscovery workflows.

With exposure to incident response and regulatory engagements, you’ll help develop procedures and deploy eDiscovery solutions while collaborating with clients and senior teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/Cyber Security or related field.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and security topics.
• Excellent documentation skills with the ability to prioritize multiple engagements.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel to client locations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to complex data environments.
• Background in digital forensics or eDiscovery methods and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Support collection, processing, and management of large sets of digital evidence across systems.
• Assist digital forensic analysis and reporting from lab or client sites.
• Assist investigations with Forensic and eDiscovery tech to speed up fact finding.
• Help develop new procedures and workflows for digital forensics and eDiscovery.
• Assist deployment of eDiscovery solutions to clients.
• Support production of electronic records to counsel and clients.
• Assist in resolving client requests during review stages of eDiscovery.
• Use industry standard software to deliver custom solutions.
• Apply problem-solving approaches to overcome technical/operational issues.
• Prepare documentation, work papers, schedules, and client reports.
• Assist in cyber response and root-cause analysis from compromised systems.
