REERACOEN Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customs Specialist (Export) to support international trade and Singapore customs operations.

You will prepare export documents, coordinate clearance, and liaise with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure timely shipments. The role requires 1–3 years in customs or export documentation, a diploma or degree in logistics or related fields, and proficiency in Chinese for customer communications.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customs, export documentation, logistics or international trade.
  • Familiarity with export declaration procedures and customs documentation.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers and business partners.

  • Prepare export-related customs documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, declarations and other related documents.
  • Coordinate export customs clearance and ensure compliance with applicable Singapore customs requirements.
  • Review shipment documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate export declarations, customs clearance and delivery arrangements.
  • Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, factories and internal teams to facilitate smooth shipment operations.
  • Follow up on shipment exceptions and coordinate with relevant parties for timely resolution.
  • Maintain shipment and customer-related information in internal systems.
  • Ensure customs data is accurate and complete.
  • Support document uploading and system-related operations.
  • Follow trade compliance policies and applicable Singapore customs regulations.
  • Support audits and documentation reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customs and shipment processes.

Our Client, a China-listed leading OEM/ODM manufacturer specialising in lifestyle products, is currently seeking a Customs Specialist to support international trade and customs operations in Singapore.

Responsibilities
