A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to manage customer enquiries via web and chat platforms. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role involves resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction, working independently as well as part of a team. Work hours are Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays.
Working hours: 08.00am – 5.00pm, 08.30am – 5.30pm, 09.00am – 6.00pm, 10.00am – 7.00pm (Monday to Friday) & Alternate Saturday: 08.00am – 12.00pm, 08.30am – 12.30pm, 09.00am – 1.00pm
