Job summary

A logistics service company in Singapore seeks a Customer Support professional to manage customer inquiries and assist in product implementation. The ideal candidate should have a diploma, 1-2 years of customer support experience, and good communication skills. Knowledge of the Logistics or Air Cargo industry is a plus. The role involves both remote and occasional onsite support.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in a customer support environment.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the Logistics or Air Cargo industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Perform first level customer support for CCN suite of products and services.
  • Support channels include email, phone call, chatbot, and manage via a ticketing system.
  • Work with partners to improve accuracy and efficiency in the support process.
  • Manage demo, trial, and implementation of services for customers.
  • Occasionally provide onsite support at customer locations.
  • Supervise, guide, and train on CCN products and services.

  • Work with CCN’s partners to improve accuracy and efficiency in the support process.
  • Manage existing, new and potential customers on any demo, trial and implementation of the services.
  • May require onsite support at customers’ locations occasionally.
  • Supervise, guide and train on CCN product and services, to both internal team and external customers.
  • Working hours on Tuesday to Friday inclusive, and alternate Saturdays.
Requirements
  • Possess a diploma or equivalent
  • About 1 to 2 years' working experience in a customer support environment
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Be PC literate
  • Knowledge of or experience in the Logistics or Air Cargo industry will be an added advantage.
