Work Schedule (Role-Dependent)

Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

Shift Hours: 5 days/week, may include 1 weekend (rotating shifts available)

💼 What You Will Do
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers calling in
  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Update customer details and call records accurately in the system
  • Understand customer issues and provide prompt, effective assistance
  • Escalate complex or recurring matters to supervisors
  • Support the team with contact centre initiatives and ad-hoc tasks
✔️ What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum O Level / Higher NITEC / Diploma
  • Experience in CS, retail, call centre, or admin is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with good problem-solving ability
  • Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, patient and service-oriented
