Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to manage customer interactions regarding vehicle damage reports. Responsibilities include investigating vehicle damages, managing accident reports, and following up with customers. Experience in enforcement or collections and a class 3 or class 2B license would be advantageous. Attractive salary range of $2500 - $2800 is offered for this role.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with office productivity software and web technologies is essential.
  • Experience in customer service or enforcement is a strong asset.
  • Possessing a valid class 3 or class 2B license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers regarding vehicle damage reports via calls, emails, or visits.
  • Investigate vehicle damages and assess costs for repairs.
  • Assist with accident reports and follow-ups.
  • Manage vehicle recovery if required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Customer Service Officer - Enforcement
  • Working days: 5. 5 days
  • Working time: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm/10am -7pm, Sat 9am-1pm /10am -2pm (can choose)
  • Salary range: $2500 - $2800
  • Working location: Paya Lebar
Responsibilities
  • Working with the customer on their vehicle damage report in the form of outbound calls, emails or onsite visits.
  • Required to investigate damages found on our vehicles, assess the cost of repairs and follow up with the customers.
  • Assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.
  • Assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.
  • Required to assist with any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Strong familiarity in office productivity software and web technologies.
  • Experience in this field will be a strong bonus (enforcement, collection, etc
  • Having class 3 or class 2B (and above) licence would be advantageous
