Job summary

EO TECHNICS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a service engineer to support laser equipment installations and maintenance across customer sites in Singapore. The role requires a diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic or Engineering with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in laser systems.

The ideal candidate works independently with minimal supervision, possesses strong problem-solving and client-management skills, and is willing to travel island-wide and overseas for service support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic or Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Laser Application Equipment or Semiconductor industry preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and hardworking.
• Good problem solving, negotiation and client management skills essential.
• Willing to travel island-wide for service support; overseas travel required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and follow up on work orders.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and service of laser machines.
• Provide on-site service and technical support to customers.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and report on activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronic or Engineering, 2-5 years working experience in Laser Application Equipment and Semiconductor Industrial, knowledge of electrical & mechatronics.
• Able to work independently with min supervision and hardworking
• Good problem solving, negotiation and client management skills are essential.

• Relevant experience in servicing of laser is an advantage
