Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to manage import and export shipments. The role involves liaising with customers and carriers, preparing documentation, and handling invoicing. Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers, carriers, and agents for import/export shipments.
• Work out quotations for customers.
• Handle import/export permit declarations and customs clearance.
• Prepare documentation and summaries for daily shipments.
• Issue invoices and costings.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Import & Export permit declaration and custom clearance
• Prepare documentation and summary for customers' daily shipments
• Issue invoice and costing
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

• Familiar with air/sea Import and Export across trade shipment will be added advantage
• Preferably 1 year relevant experience
