Job summary

A shipping company based in Singapore is seeking a candidate to handle import and export operations. Responsibilities include liaising with customers and agents, preparing documentation, and issuing invoices. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be customer-oriented. Qualifications

• Familiar with air/sea Import and Export is an advantage.
• Preferably 1 year relevant experience or fresh graduates welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers/carriers and agents for import & export shipments.
• Work out quotations for customers.
• Import & Export permit declaration and custom clearance.
• Prepare documentation and summary for customers' daily shipments.
• Issue invoice and costing.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
